What materials do you use?
We primarily use PLA (Polylactic Acid), a premium, eco-friendly thermoplastic. For multi-color prints, we use a Bambu Lab printer with AMS for seamless color transitions. Special requests for PETG or TPU flexible filaments are also available.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are printed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-7 days depending on your location within India. Custom orders may take an additional 2-3 days for design and approval.
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! We love custom projects. Send us your idea on WhatsApp with reference images or sketches. We'll create a 3D model, share a preview, and once you approve, we print and ship it. Custom orders start from ₹799.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day replacement policy for manufacturing defects. Since each item is custom-printed, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We share quality check photos before shipping so you know exactly what you're getting.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon. Drop us a message on WhatsApp to be notified when we launch worldwide delivery.
